Dear Ralph,

I addition to the information previously sent please see attached the Acoustic report for 96 Southampton Street. I believe that the road noise can be overcome with typical construction methods so the Environmental team should be happy with this.

This is the final item on the list of information requested, are you now in a position to comment on the scheme generally?

Regards,

Ed

Dear Ralph,

Thank you for your email. I appreciate some time has passed and you have been very patient whilst we have prepared additional reports, with the noise acoustic report still pending!

We are happy to accept the EOT, but would really like to know what the councils view is on the application. We hope that the view is positive and the council can see the ambition, quality of design and benefits that the scheme offers. If this is the case, and we can work a solution within this application window, then we do not mind adding further application time. But if you feel the scheme will go the other way, then I am not sure what if the extra time is beneficial.

I know that I have only just sent revised information and you need to assess this properly, but any informal view you can offer would be gratefully appreciated.

Kind regards,
Ed

This is an EXTERNAL EMAIL. STOP. THINK before you CLICK links or OPEN attachments.

Dear Ralph,

Following recent emails please see attached the updated documentation in response to highways, conservation and landscaping consultee comments. The noise survey was undertaken last week and we are expecting this to be ready in the next week.

Firstly, the most noticeable change in the submitted material is the overall appearance of the scheme. We have improved the drawings and Design & Access Statement to better represent the proposed appearance of the scheme in contect, with coloured elevations and computer generated renders. The conservation officer in particular, reserved judgement on the overall appearance, so I now hope that this will allow a conclusive opinion to be formed.

We have also embellished the landscape principles and tree removal plan as requested by the landscape officer.

Finally, following my email this morning, please see attached updated plans that reflect the changes asked for by the highways department.

I hope that this will go some way to resolve these queries, if any further comments are forthcoming form consultees please pass them on.

In light of this additional information, when might we receive your overall opinion on the scheme?

Kind regards,

Ed
