Dear Raplh,

I had a chat with Nagvinder regarding the most recent set of highways comments and we have agreed to make the following updates to the drawings to overcome the concerns:-

Cycles

5x cycle lockers, similar to the attached image will be provided to the undercroft, these are sheltered and lockable. These will provide the 5 flats with 1 for 1 cycle parking, an over provision from the 0.5 per unit requested. As a town centre site we feel it necessary to provide more cycle parking.

The two houses will have 2xcycle spaces within a garden shed, lockable and sheltered.

Parking

As written confirmation of my conversation with Neg, I can confirm that 92-96 Southampton Street are currently HMO's and do not have any parking provision. As a result it is not necessary to provide the two additional spaces requested for 92-96. Therefore the 1 for 1 parking for the 7 new dwellings should be adequate for the scheme.

I hope that this resolves the parking queries and updated drawings will be forthcoming.

Regards,
Ed
