Angela,
It is difficult to compare approved Planting Proposals plan
no.48A (application 152252) and the current no.48D(application 161440) due to
the way in which they are presented and the slightly different area
shown. In assessing the NMA, I need to appreciate any change to
landscaping around that block.
I hope when you compare the two plans, you will see what I mean.

Once the NMA application has been approved we would look to submit
the appropriate landscaping plans to discharge condition 8 (they would in
practice be the same plans as we have submitted with the NMA application). The
fact that we have already discharged Condition 8 on this part of the site does
not preclude us from making amendments and seeking approval for an alternative
scheme.

The approved landscaping plans for Block A were in terms of
application for discharge of conditions 152254 (condition 8 of 12/00481).
The current NMC would therefore need to reflect changes to the approved
landscaping plans under this application, 152254. I hope this clarifies the
matter.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand what you are asking for here.
Should there have been comments from your Natural Environment Officer attached?
The landscaping scheme has been amended to reflect the changes made
in respect of Block A as detailed in the covering letter with the application
and the supporting information. A summary of the changes is set out below.
.
An amendment to the ground floor plan to provide 1 x 2 bed
apartment replacing four parking spaces on the eastern elevation of the
property, with consequential amendments to this elevation.
.
An amendment to the fifth floor plan to provide 2 x 2 bed
apartments replacing 1 x 1 bed apartment and 2 x 2 bed apartments with
consequential amendments to the elevations.
.
Amended hard and soft landscaping details reflecting the changes
identified above.
.
The four car parking spaces lost at ground floor level have been
replaced.
Subsequent to the submission of the application we have responded
to issues raised by your Transport Department. This has led to the provision of
additional car parking spaces adjacent to Block A and further minor amendments
to the landscaping scheme. My email to you of the 22nd August 2016 refers
and attaches the revised landscaping scheme.
Please advise if there is anything further you need.

Dear
