Ralph,

Further to our earlier discussion I confirm that:

  1. The proposed materials remain as per the details approved under the discharge of condition 3 of 12/01430/FUL subject to the minor amendments to take account of the changes to the plant layout as set out in the updated schedule dated May 2017.  It is suggested that the re-wording of condition 3 refers to compliance with the May 2017 schedule of materials.
  2. The updated landscape and ecological management plan submitted as part of the current S73 application follows the same approach to the document which was approved under the discharge of condition 6 of 12/01420/FUL.  The strategy incorporates the advice and recommendations of the documents and elements listed under the current condition wording and has also been informed by an update to the Phase 1 Habitat and Protected Species Survey, Sept 2016.  The only changes to the document are to take account of the proposed amendments to the landscaping scheme.  It is suggested that the re-wording of condition 6 refers to compliance with the May 2017 updated Landscaping and Ecological Management scheme.

I trust that the above clarifies the position and I look forward to receipt of the draft conditions as discussed.

Kind Regards,

James Brown
Director
