Hi Ralph

I can confirm that I am happy for the description of the development to include the new section of fencing. I therefore propose a revised description to read as follows:

“FOR THE ERECTION OF AN OUTBUILDING WITHIN THE REAR GARDEN OF A LISTED BUILDING AND ASSOCIATED FENCING”

Is this sufficient, and are you able to amend the description, or is there something I need to do?

Would it be appropriate if the description also included reference to the two trees we are requesting/proposing to remove just off-site? I didn’t include originally as they are not protected and are not within the site. We are, however, requesting permission for them to be removed from the Council, as they are situated on Council-owned land and encroach into the site.

Kind regards

James
