Hi Ralph

Yes please proceed with the S73.  Assumably the S106 agreement will be the same as before?

Kind Regards

Anthony

The site plan (redline area) should be the same as the original permission 1618121 for the changes to be considered as an NMC.  You therefore have the option to continue with the S73 application or change to an NMC provided the site plan (redline area) remains the same as that of approved 161812. If you opt to continue with the s73, you will need to enter into a s106 legal agreement as was the previously done.  Please advise how you would like to proceed. Thanks.

Hi Ralph

In reference to the variat / section 73 application for this site, can you update me with any progress?  I have just spoken with the applicant and although they originally confirmed they wanted to continue under an S73, on reflection they would be happy for this to be done under a minor amendment.  They were unsure how easily you could do this especially in relation to the amended site boundary.  Is this still a possibility?

Kind Regards
