Hi Ralph,

We are currently waiting on our colleagues in legal and SEN to renegotiate on a legal agreement with the diocese, so until that takes place the contractor is on hold and we are unable to obtain the up to date access arrangements.

We are hoping that we might be able to come to an agreement in the next month, but cannot offer any certainty.

If we agree to the extension to the 20/9/17 are we able to extend it further if required?

Thanks

Helen

Hi Ralph,

Would proceeding with the discharge of the other conditions and then following up with the CMS in due course incur additional cost, or would it just be a case of emailing it over to you once we have it?

Thanks

Helen

Helen

You can agree an extension of time up to the period when you think you will have resolved contractual issues or we can discharge the other conditions apart from the Construction Method Statement. Please advise how you would like to proceed. Thanks

Hi Ralph,

Unfortunately the project has been put on hold due to issues addressing a legal agreement with the Diocese. We are therefore not in a position to be able to request further information from the contractor without incurring additional cost.

Would it be possible to delay the response until a position when the project has been reinstated?

Thanks

Helen

Hi Ralph

As you know the CMS condition has some specific requirements and it does not appear that the applicant has addressed all the points. Please find the comments attached.  A link to the guidance notes for activities on the public highway is within my comments for reference.
