Ralph,

Can we agree to extend to the 8th September. John Baly has sent through the necessary plans. This will allow 2 weeks for consideration and determination.

If we need to extend further we can agree at the time but 2 weeks seems reasonable.

Regards

Damien

Following consultations with the Council’s Ecologist, there are outstanding landscaping issues to the site that need to be resolved prior to the determination of the above application.  I refer to the site meeting held on 26/05/2017 between Council officers, your ecologists and the applicant to discuss the site landscaping works along the A33. It was agreed with your ecologist that detailed landscaping plans showing the planting along the A33 and clarification on the works carried out were to be submitted to the Council. These details are yet to be submitted.

As your current application submitted plans show detailed landscape proposals for the whole site, it would only be appropriate that all changes made to the previously approved landscaping schemes (notably A33 frontage) be shown on the plans and be agreed by the Council if acceptable.
