Sarah,

Many thanks for copying me in.

Thanks for confirming that the amendments address the points in your email dated 23/01/18. I will review this with the team and get back to you asap. Our landscape architect is away until Monday so we will aim to have the revised details with you for your return to the office on Wednesday. I’m mindful you are very busy but if you are able to give the revisions some time on Wednesday I’d be very grateful.

I am also on leave next week so my colleague Jess Walters (copied in) will pick this up.

Have a good weekend.

Kind regards

Steve

Ralph,

With reference to the revised documents attached to Steve’s email of 8 February:

I note the amendments to the landscaping as requested in my email of 23/01/18 which are now acceptable for the purposes of condition 65 (boundary treatment) and Condition 66 (landscaping).  However (and I expect this will apply to 172246/APPCON) with regard to the Specification document, whilst all changes I requested for this document when submitted for 172246 have been made to this document submitted for 172245, there is a point I missed that being on p.23, point 550 which refers to pruning of excessive height.  What is excessive height considered to be?  The aim should be to allow trees to achieve their full potential, particularly height.

Steve – I’m copying you in as Ralph is not in the office today, I’m on leave after today until Wednesday (and only in Wednesday next week) and I note your keenness to get this application resolved.

Regards,
