Dear Ralph
I can confirm,
on behalf of the applicant, that they are happy to agree to your proposed
e.o.t. through to 10/08/2017 in order that the outstanding issues can be
successfully resolved.
Can you confirm
what, in practical terms, the authority requires in respect of the 106
agreement. Does this require the applicant to involve legal representation at
this stage?
Yours sincerely
David Dawkins
