Good afternoon Julie

Please find attached amended Delivery and Waste Plans for both Burger King (Unit E) and Volvo (car showroom 1) addressing the transport comments you issued to me on 5th and 9th of November .  The transport consultants for the project, PBA, have been liaising with Darren Cook directly to agree the contents of the plans (please see email below in which Darren confirms acceptance).

He asked that I formally issue both plans to you to allow for the discharge of the following conditions:

·         Application 181870 (Volvo) – Conditions 11 (delivery management) and 26 (waste management); and

·         Application 181572 (Unit E) – Conditions 54 (delivery management) and 77 (waste management).

On this basis I would be grateful if you could issue the decision notices at your earliest convenience.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch should you have any queries.

Kind regards

Jess

Hi Dan,

I have reviewed both of these and they are acceptable.  These will however need to be issued formally to the planners for them to sign off the conditions.

Kind regards,

Darren Cook
