Dear Mr Scholes,
I have managed to
get hold of the pre-existing plans and elevations and have attached them for
your use.
Please note that the
submitted drawings show the property as it currently exists and amendments are
not being sought.
With regards to
number of persons, we have 3 of the bedrooms that would perhaps be capable of
two-person occupancy being in excess of 10.22m2 floor area, so we would ask
that up to 10No persons could be accommodated, although currently only one
person per room is allocated.
Could we ask for up
to 10 person occupancy for the property.
Kind Regards
Sunil
Mehan

Dear Mr Mehan,
I am the case officer assigned to your recent
planning application (ref: 190979) submission to the Council at the above
address. I have considered the submission for the purposes of validating the
application and found it to be invalid. The following information is required
prior to the application being valid and thereafter registered:
You have not supplied
existing/previous floor plans. Please provide the ‘existing’ floor plans (as
per the previous layout).
Please also clarify if the HMO is proposed to be
for 7 persons (or otherwise), as the HMO definition is related to persons
rather than bedrooms.
Please respond as soon as possible, or within 28
days to allow the application to be validated.
I hope that this information is of assistance to
you. If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact
me.
Kind Regards,
Anthony Scholes
