Dear Sarah.
The applicants
have sought clarification of a number of the points in your memo to Anthony
Scholes and I attach their response (marked up in red on the attached memo)
with the amended report and plans.
I have
previously explained to Anthony that, following receipt of your comments, I
discussed the response with the applicants who confirmed to me that they are
keen to work with you to come up with a scheme of planting and tree management
that is acceptable to both parties.
Please could
you indicate whether these minor changes and the clarifications are sufficient
for you to agree that tree protection and planting / landscaping can be covered
by suitably worded planning conditions now?
Best regards
Jeremy
